The Australian Squad linked up from around the country for the first time since March after the Pandemic and flew out of Perth on Sunday. The Australian cricket team currently touring England in September 2020 to play three one day international and three twenty 20 matches. The ODI matches will be part of the inaugural 2020-22 Cricket World Cup super League.

The England Cricket board have announced the dates for the postponed limited over series against Australia which was due in July 2020 due to Pandemic. The Australian squad is expected to arrive in England before travelling to Derbyshire. From there the team will be transferred to Ages Bowl in Southamptom after England’s last test match against Pakistan. Australia will play four practice matches in England before the start to the T20 series on September 4.
England is yet to name their squads for this series. The England team is currently playing against Pakistan. James Anderson one of the best swing bowler in England Squad has become the fourth bowler in test cricket to reach 600 dismissals. First being Sri Lanka’s Muttiah Muralitharan (800), Australia’s Shane Warne (708), and India’s Anil Kumble (619).

The extra week before the T20’s against Australia begin could be enough time for the test players who are also white ball stars to freshen up. The strict protocols of the bio secure bubbles in place for each series have complicated adding squad members. This would affect a possible return to the England side for Ben Strokes, who currently is in New Zealand for some personal reasons.
